Fundamental Barista Course
This module focusing on the fundamental of barista skills for people with no experience or even barista want to elevate their barista knowledge. Participants will focusing on how to extract a perfect espresso by calibrating coffee grinder and all parameters affecting espresso extractions.
As barista should be able to create not just espresso but need be able to foam the milk, in the course will cover all the skill to froth micro-foam for cappuccino and cafe latte. Not just frothing the milk but will cover how to pour for each drinks and as a base for pouring "Latte Art".
What will be cover in the course:
Duration: 4 days from 9:00 – 17:00
Pax: 8 people maximum
Suitable for: home brewers, baristas, coffee shop operators and coffee professionals
Pre-quisite: Recommendation Introduction to Coffee, but not Mandatory.
